With over 25 years of experience in helping adults overcome past traumas, anxiety, and depression as well as the psychological challenges that can arise from being neurodiverse, LBGTQ+, and/or being part of sex-positive communities, I have developed a highly-skilled and intuitive practice that honours your individuality and enables you to reach your full potential.


Monkey therapy targets the overactive thinking and emotional reactions that get in the way of our happiness and cause us to feel stuck, unable to move forward or change.

It combines traditional talk therapy, brain-body approaches, and cutting-edge neuroprocessing therapies that work together to help clients get the most from their monkey minds

It is pragmatic, compassionate, science-driven, and flexible. Together we adapt the process so that it works best for you.
